However, I have recently been shocked and disappointed by the misleading promos by Rachel Maddow. In "Happy Monday," she is guilty of the worst kind of fake news: She is bragging about the progress her team is making about news stories that don't actually exist. More recently, she asks if there's a difference between what the government and the public knows, but this is meaningless because it's not about any specific story or event. As a result, I no longer have any faith in Ms. Maddow's integrity, and I now have reservations about the judgement of MSNBC management. What am I doing about this? I am no longer watching Ms. Maddow's program. <p>I generally like and trust what I see on MSNBC, especially the deep expertise of many of your regular commentators. Agree. Maddow can be preachy and pointless when she wants to be, so as if to dare someone to challenge her and call her out. Remember her lecturing us over the Covid vax and how the vax was the solution to life and health eternal. Yet, a million people were vaccinated and boosted and still caught Covid. When MSNBC decided to pay Maddow $20 million per year ($385K per week for one show on Monday), they unleashed a 10-inch necked monster that has never been seen on TV in the not-so-news category. Maddow has become a cult unto herself.
